Terms and Conditions
Our Policies:
- Minimum opening order is $120.
- Payment terms are credit card or check prepayment. Net 30 terms available with approved credit application and credit card on file.
- No cancellations accepted
- Prices are subject to change without notice
Wholesale Requirements:
- Valid resale permit (we require a copy)
- Current name of a “ship to” and “bill to” person
- Proof of location (for example, website or storefront photo)
How to Order:
After your wholesale account has been approved, please use our password-protected Purchase Wholesale Products page to submit your order and complete the transaction. Please e-mail Jenny if you have any questions.
Turnaround Time:
Our turnaround time is between two to six weeks.
What to Expect When You Receive Your Glass:
Because you are ordering hand crafted glass, there will be slight variations from the pictures in the catalog. We will recreate everything as closely as possible. Additionally, each piece comes with an artist sales tag (minus our contact info) to give your customer with their purchase.
